Great paddle. Guide was very knowledgeable and used that knowledge to make the trip easy in a combination of strong incoming tide and 15 mph winds. Will definitely kayak with them again

Yesterday my husband and I went for a kayak tour on Broad Creek with Kayak Hilton Head. Our guide Dave was very knowledgeable and taught us about what happens in these salt water estuaries and the effect of the tides and life cycle of the...More

We are experienced kayakers. This was a pretty good tour. We opted for the 5:00 guided tour with a guide, Alex. Turned out that my husband and I were the only customers, so we were quite pleased at the outset that we would have such...More

My wife and I went on the earliest guided tour available, and we had a great time. Guides had great knowledge, and they got the dolphins to come out. We saw plenty of wildlife to include crabs, snails, and dolphins. Several birds seen, also. The...More

This is a must do event in Hilton Head or anywhere nearby...we were staying in Beaufort and my niece, who has lived there a year, said this was the best thing she's done since she moved there. We were NOT disappointed. Dave, our guide, is...More

We called 24 hours in advance to reserve a tandem kayak. That was the best part as Dave was very polite and agreeable. Location is waterfront (of course) but facilities are as shabby as the boats and equipment. Parking virtually non-existent and crowded by adjoining...More

These are really odd comments to read. i say this as the owner because there's not much in here i can really be apologetic about. So i will explain: 1) our facilities are located on the water. Nope, there's not a big fancy building. We...More

My wife and I originally went for singles and ended up taking the advice of guides with the double. Between our guide and the group kayaking came pretty easy! We got really close to dolphin mates and baby. We could have done that the rest...More

Obviously it depends on the day. I recommend layers. There is space to have an extra or dry sweatshirt or windbreaker. ALWAYS bring water. It is easy to get dehydrated while kayaking ( but don't drink before you go or you... More
