We have toured most of the east coast and west coast lighthouses and found this one to rate about 2 stars out of 5 stars when compared to all the others we have seen. It cost $6 per car to get in the community for...More

My son and I paid the entrance fee, and climbed the 114 steps. The views are amazing, and our son always enjoys this attraction.

You must visit the lighthouse when in Hilton Head! It is situated near the gorgeous marina, where everywhere you look is a beautiful picture! 114 steps up, but what a view at the top! Enjoy!

I would give yourself about an hour give or take a little, depending on how long you want to spend reading the information along the way and taking photos and enjoying the view on the top of the Lighthouse.
