We just discovered the Old Village, and spent a couple of evenings enjoying the sunset on the bridge. There is a wonderful view of the downtown skyline.

Finally made it to this spot and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a really nice walk out into the marsh and inlet this is the place to go. Only issue is the limited parking.

I actually ran across the bridge and it affords you with great views of Charleston and the bay. It is a great little workout as well. It can be very windy so dress appropriately.

Peaceful, nice views and anice place to walk, but is at end of a neighborhood so limited parking. No tables so don't expect to picnic with comfort. Does have nice nooks in the pier for fishing if you fish and the tide is right.

What a beautiful spot tucked away in the Old Village of Mt Pleasant. Views of the Charleston Harbor, Ravenel Bridge, Sullivan's Island, and surrounding marshes. Nice place to walk, run, fish or just relax and spend time with nature.

New visitors, please note that many of the reviews here are not for the Pitt St Bridge, which is in the Old Village of Mt Pleasant. Reviewers are confusing it with the Ravenel Bridge that connects Mt Pleasant to Charleston. Both are beautiful, but very...More

What a great addition to the Charleston skyline. The bridge is beautiful as well as functional. Driving across it, you do not even realize you are on a bridge.

I don't know anything about fishing, but when I walked the bridge, there were a ton of fishermen there. Also a lot of dolphins who I assume were feeding on the fish. I was there in October. Not sure if May is any different.
