Peaceful, nice views and anice place to walk, but is at end of a neighborhood so limited parking. No tables so don't expect to picnic with comfort. Does have nice nooks in the pier for fishing if you fish and the tide is right.

What a beautiful spot tucked away in the Old Village of Mt Pleasant. Views of the Charleston Harbor, Ravenel Bridge, Sullivan's Island, and surrounding marshes. Nice place to walk, run, fish or just relax and spend time with nature.

New visitors, please note that many of the reviews here are not for the Pitt St Bridge, which is in the Old Village of Mt Pleasant. Reviewers are confusing it with the Ravenel Bridge that connects Mt Pleasant to Charleston. Both are beautiful, but very...More

What a great addition to the Charleston skyline. The bridge is beautiful as well as functional. Driving across it, you do not even realize you are on a bridge.

This is a great, secret spot to view the harbor and Charleston. There are mostly locals here walking, fishing, and walking their. It is free and lovely. You will see the real low country if you come here.

This is a beautiful spot to walk, kayak, fish, picnic, have a romantic drink, watch the sunset over the Charleston Harbor and basically escape life. Located in the Old Mount Pleasant, this park is situated in the heart of residential homes. The park itself is...More

Strange that we didn't visit here until now. Usually see it from Sullivan's Island and think we should check it out. Glad we finally did. Nice drive through the old town to get here. The park was quite busy, parking is on the road (dead...More

On Shem Creek there are several choices; depends on your taste and for dinner--your $$. Lunches, by definition, are all within a few $$ of each other. Personally I like Waters Edge for closer to fine dining at perhaps a few... More
