Overview
More
Carolina Improv Company is located INSIDE the Myrtle Beach Mall at the Uptown Theater with seating for approximately 75 people. It's a very intimate (and small) space and serves beer, wine and soda. Yes, it's a little unconventional but that's what makes it fun (and cheaper than other shows). Our seats are transportable cushioned chairs and sometimes we have to pull out folding chairs when people are begging to see us. The fire marshall lets us have up to 110 people in the space. Since the mall does not provide outdoor signage it could be tricky to find us. The mall anchor is Bass Pro Shop and Uptown is on that end of the mall. For the quickest path to the theater, guests should park at the back of the mall between Bass Pro Shop and Carmike Cinema. Hungry? There are several restaurants at the mall where you can eat before visiting us.

This was perfect for our family! It made the kids feel posh for going to a comedy club but the laughs were G-Rated enough for it to be appropriate and fun for everyone. Highly Suggest

I have never been to an improv event before and didn't know what to expect. This was amazing - so much fun, great comedy, great audience participation! Can't wait to go again!

This is, without a doubt, the funniest bunch of people I've seen in my life! Home-grown humor to match any Broadway show. Fresh, original works. Price is great ($10), location is central to everything. You can't beat the down-home fun, AND you get to participate...More

This is a family friendly comedy improv show that uses audience input to guide many types of different hillarious improv sketches. The price is low but the humor is high without resorting to unsavory profanity. MC Gina Trimarco quickly develops a close rapport with the...More

Depends on what show and what night. All of our shows are posted on our website. We're not allowed to post the link here. They run about 90-100 minutes.
