Short little boardwalk out into the marsh. Low tide is best to look for waterfowl. Have spotted a little blue heron there quite frequently this winter

Gorgeous little place to enjoy nature one block off Ocean Drive. Stopped here with the kids and have never seen them walk so slowly along the raised walk. Kept stopping to watch the little crabs and loved how it looks like the whole beach moves when the crabs are out. Beautiful cranes in the water every day and at the... More

This was a pretty small park. About a half hour to see it all. There was a playground, so of course needed some play time. Didn't even hurt myself! Would probably skip it in the future, but it was dog friendly..a bonus around the area.

After visiting Heritage Nature Preserve (recommended by a previous reviewer) this place is very disappointing. It only has one short trail to an overlook. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. Not worth the trip.

We first went to the Russell Burgess Preserve and has a nice over look. Then went to the Heritage Park Preserve. The Heritage Preserve has severeL trails and over looks. The there is a picnic shelter they over looks the marsh and inlet. Was really nice

If you are looking for a beautiful quiet place to relax, think, ponder a major life decision or just observe nature, I recommend this beautiful little park. I went in the early morning and watch some local fishermen netting some bait. Check it out!

Beautiful marsh to watch birds and other nature at sunrise. Easy to park and short walk to overlook. Birds feeding and fish jumping.

A lot of interesting little creatures in the mud at low tide. No fishing is allowed off the dock. A nice place just to soak in the sounds and sights of the marsh.
