We have been twice in less than two months. We are in love with this beach and the locals. In this day, it is difficult to find a family friendly beach for vacation. We have found it here and will continue to visit regularly.

I love this beach!! Family friendly. Lots of sand and big beaches. Even at high tide you have room to be on the beach. Not many tattoos or wild bathing suits. Just good beach fun

Not crowded at all, plenty of room for all of the guest and those who live near the Litchfield Inn. Everyone gave each other space, the kids that were around were very well behaved.

I've been going here for years. Several miles south of Myrtle Beach and adjacent to a state park. It's very peaceful.

I spoke with Litchfield Inn today. They only had very minor damage. Some beach erosion as you would expect. They say things are in good shape.

Is there a public entrance to park and enjoy the beach? Or is this beach area only for the hotel users? Thank you!
