Great views and a good work out. Please allow the forest to reginerate after the fall fires. Some trails still open. Call the park for info.

Be prepared with snacks or a packed lunch depending on which trail or trails you take. My husband and I only did a 4 mile trail and we enjoyed the hike. Have good support shoes because the hike up and down is pretty strenuous. The views are wonderful and breath taking. Many people had dogs and some with small kids... More

I've been to most state parks in sc and this one is cream of the crop or close to it. Lots to do and see. Park is clean and cabins are very nice. Trails are well kept and scenery is lovely. Most of the parks in upstate are extremely nice. As far as rest of state. Not nearly as nice... More

We called the park Thursday to make camping reservations and informed ranger that we were going to hike to table rock. Ranger made no mention of wildfire, this wildfire in very close to the park and all trails have been closed except a baby trail around lake. No campfires are allowed in campground and air quality is probably miserable. We... More

Our family of four (including 12YO son & 9YO daughter) had a great time camping and hiking at Table Rock! It's a very popular place, with weekend camping booked solid in October by the time we decided to go on this outing, so we only got to stay for one night. We look forward to our next trip there. The... More

We hiked the Table Rock Trail this past weekend (10/8/16). The weather was perfect and the trail was well marked and good shape. A little crowded; but overall a great day! The trail rises 2,200 feet to the summit - so it's a fairly serious day hike. Some may say that going down is just as hard. With the right... More

I concur with pharmcat56 review! This is an amazing, but difficult hike. My husband read somewhere that it it the most strenuous hike in SC! Some sections feel like you are walking up flights and flights of stairs! Other parts are true mountain climbs! It took the two of us about 4.25 hours to go up, take a few breaks,... More

Excellent Table Rock trail hike, very nice overlooks at some places on way. I did it in 3 hours. Some parts are strenuous but almost is moderate. I want to be back for camping and ridge hike.

Swimming, boating, camping, hiking, this place has it all. If the other parks are full you can almost always get in here. A lot of parking and really nice trails. Go and have fun. Close to Greenville and other places. Cheers!!!

Beautiful views, we did carrick creek and most of table rock trail. It was busy on labor day weekend. Ver clean facilities, friendly staff. We loved white oak campground for our tent camping.
