I took my 3 grandchildren, 2 boys age 9 and a girl age 6, to the museum for Wonderful Wednesday. They had a great time at each activity in the museum. We spent about 4 hours there. It was an excellent place to go.

Good place for a field trip with the kids or in our case, an afternoon date. They have some interesting displays and a planetarium show, although we didn't get there in time for that. Last show is at 3:30.

Spent time browsing the exhibits and seeing the planetarium presentations. Gift shop sells unique items from local artists. Great place to visit if you have a couple of free hours. New exhibits throughout the year so always something different to see.

This museum has a variety of animals to see. It was overpriced compared to what other cities offer in museums of same likeness. Little kids would enjoy it. We visited as 4 adults because it was highly recommended. We saw everything in about 10 minutes,...More

My grandson was thrilled at all the animals on display. Great static showings throughout the museum, easy to see it all in 2 hours.

There is a fee - not donations only as someone else stated. The cost, however is minimal. I believe it was $7.00 for seniors and under $10.00 general admission. Can't remember for children but you might check their website
