As an Australian we don't see Bears and i wanted to guarantee myself a bear sighting at least once whilst in America. Well i certainly was not disappointed. Arrive early as soon as the park opens at 7:30am especially in summer avoid the traffic that can build up in the park as well as the animals are much more active... More

The Bear Country experience was very satisfying. Lots of animals in there natural environment, different from a zoo. Worth the cost to enjoy the experience.

The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the day driving through the park. It was on the 4th of July so the park was very busy & the drive through was slower than normal but it was tolerable because it was such a beautiful day. After living in Alaska for many years seeing wildlife up close & personal in its natural setting this... More

We went at 9 am, just as the animals were being fed. We followed the feeding truck, so each new section of animals would either run to the truck or to the feeding troughs, which gave us a wonderful sight of all of the animals. So many bears to see is various activities and positions. And then the best part... More

Hey if you want to go broke looking at a bunch of miserable caged animals be my guest, but you could see the same thing on a quick jaunt out to yellowstone and get better scenery.

Along with Mt Rushmore this is a must see while in the area. The kids loved seeing wild animals just outside the car. A very cool experience.

We were not sure we wanted to visit here but decided to stop. Great decision. After a slow drive through the park see so many different animals there is a zoo type area. Animals were clearly visible. Very very clean and well maintained. Staff was available for questioning. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We weren't sure what to expect when we pulled up to the entrance and had to pay for our tickets from our car. We were hoping we weren't wasting our money. We were not disappointed. You drive your own vehicle through the "zoo". We got to see many bears right up at our truck, watched a ram latterly ram the... More

Expensive. But neat you can't leave the car until the end, the kids whined about the view in the car. The baby bears are adorable.
