We camped at HH in a big rig 5th wheel for about 2 weeks. Quite a challenge without sewer hookups but it can be done. There is water and electricity at all the sites and 2 shower/bath houses. There is PLENTY of shade and most...More

We were disappointed in the quality of the campsites, and we very surprised at the lack of cleanliness in the bathhouses. Floors in the bathhouses were muddy, trash cans were full, and shower curtains were covered with mildew. The trees are very nice, but there's...More

Went for a hike at Henry Horton and found it to be below average for a Tennessee state park. It's just a personal reaction and the park is probably fine for picnics and such but doesn't have the wow factor for hiking.

Went with a family group to the Sunday buffet, which has always been wonderful and worth the drive from Nashville. However, the food on this visit was very disappointing. The salad bar was fine. The bananas in the banana pudding were black, not beginning to...More

It is inexpensive but the inn is bare bones. It is old and needs new carpet. The restaurant had good food and price is reasonable.

My granddaughter and I went to Henry Horton for a two night camping trip. The primitive tent sites were perfect for us. Primitive meant no water and electricity onsite and about a 1/4 mile walk to a bathhouse. We were able to drive directly to...More

My young children enjoy this park greatly- frolicking from one playground to the next, stomping through the wheat maze, and discovering along the beautiful hiking trails.

Clean well maintained Disc Golf Course. Concrete tee pads, mostly wooded, smaller fun & challenging course in a great country community

When you go to the website to make a reservation, it will show you a photo of the site & gives a good description, including how level it is. We stayed in a handicap accessible site, #53, across from the bath house.
