Worth seeing. My husband and I went on New Years day. Great guide. Wear comfortable shoes. It is great for kids and adults. Great light show at the falls. There is a few places to rest if you need to. The guide was informative. The formations were interesting. Its worth seeing and worth the money however if you have difficulty... More

The tour guide gives a lot of info about the history of the waterfall and how it was found, which was quite interesting. He was also hilarious and answered all of our questions. The waterfall was very beautiful.

My husband and I went to Ruby Falls on a get-a-way weekend. I was a little skeptical about going underground, inside a mountain to see a waterfall. Would I get claustrophobic? Would I fall? Would I get bored? Is it worth the cost? Great news. You do not get claustrophobic. There is plenty of wiggle room to walk in. There... More

I was part of a family trip of 16 people to Ruby Falls on Dec 31st. We were a little nervous because our group was not large enough to secure a specific tour time (first come first serve unless you have 20+) but we only had to wait ten minutes once we purchased our tickets. They were able to keep... More

We had the best time ever! Not something you can see anywhere else. Great guides, kids won't stop saying how cool it was.

Ruby Falls is an experience in itself. The rock formations and the fall offers great views. Visit during off season to get full attention. If you are brave enough, book a time when the cave lights are off and you travel to fall inside the cave just like original explorers did.

This is a great activity to do on a rainy day. We really enjoyed walking through the cave in the waterfall was amazing. Every tour guide is different. Some are funny and some have more information to give than others. Could have done without the family picture taken before our tour.

We were lucky to be in a small group to visit the waterfall so we were well informed along the half mile walk of interesting items on route. Although we were over a thousand feet underground it wasn't daunting as the guide made the experience interesting, informative and amusing. However, the journey the men who discovered it made would have... More

An amazing phenomena, natures own fountain playing over 11,ooo feet below the surface of the earth in the national park of The Great Smoky Mountains in Chattanooga, Tennessee (USA). The descent is majorly by a large elevator, followed by some walk down the slope with amazing views of dripping sandstone formations (my favorites being Elephant’s Foot, Niagara Falls & Dragon... Breathtaking! Absolutely beautiful. Only downside was that it was hard to hear the guide. The group I got put with was so big that I didn't feel like I really got the total essence of the falls.
