We loved it! There is quite a bit of walking, but the cave and Ruby Falls are worth it. The natural cave formations are amazing, and the history behind the Falls is interesting. We'll be back.

We thought that the lantern tour would be more interesting than the daytime tour, but we were very disappointed. We had a group of 20 people, and ended up in the very back. Because of this we had very little light and missed the majority...More

We are so glad we did this! It was well worth the wait! The tour through the caves was worth the trip, but the indoor falls are quite impressive!! Don't miss this experience. We would love to bring others now.

The trip to Ruby Falls is very difficult. The elevator ride gets me nervous. It is a long walk but you come past many neat rock formations on your journey to and from the falls. When you actually get to the waterfall, you breath will...More

You will learn about the history of the tunnels and the cost when they were built as well as the equivalent cost in today’s economy. The line to wait for the elevator to descend to the underground tunnels wasn’t bad, approximately 30 minutes in mid-June...More

We arrived just after 11am on a Friday morning. Didn't have to wait long at all to board the elevator down into the cavern. (There was a long line of people waiting when we came out of our tour.) Enjoyed a walk with intriguing stalactites...More

We were told 1 1/2 hr to view, it took that long to get to the falls - VERY long walk, and we spent much of time waiting to let people get through that had already seen the falls. Guide didn't have much to say,...More

Long time walking and squeezing aside for people to pass that you cannot enjoy your surroundings or the Falls themselves. Yes, the place is quite nice but once you get to the Falls, they give you 3 minutes to fight the crowds and take pictures...More

Is it safe to walk down there or any other advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you

I think she will be fine. You are not overly exerting yourself. There are plenty of opportunities to sit and relax if she get tired but you guys will love the experience.
Is it a must to print the tickets for Ruby Fall or a copy of ticket can be scanned from Mobile?

I didn't see anyone scan their mobile. Everyone had a paper ticket. I don't know if they can or can't scan mobile, but I never saw anyone try.
Can you do Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway all in one day and if so, in what order would make the most sense? How much time should we allow for each activity?

Maybe to late but Really by Falls, Rock City, incline railway and while you are there walk down to the Battles of Chattanooga. We did it all in a day. Just wear good shoes and breathable clothe and pack some water.
