An indoor waterfall that is extremely beautiful. The light system they have turns it into an amazinge experience. Good place for photos

This was so exciting to go under ground as tall as the statue of Liberty. This was all man made. Tunnels and history was very interesting. The guides were so very informative. Would highly recommend this to everyone. The beauty of the waterfall with the lights was outstanding. Highly recommended. Will visit again.

The walk is long, but totally worth it when you see the falls. Amazing! Just wish you were able to stay at the falls longer, before having to head back.

Maybe a bit pricey but the amenities are great - most especially the elevator that takes the group over 1000 ft. down (and up). This guided trip down under is about one mile round trip - nearly all flat and paced by the numerous families with small children. Colored lights and the impressive falls at the main program, not cave... More

Ruby falls is interesting and the water fall itself is spectacular but the tour is a bit fast pace and not as informative as other cave tours

Don't bother if you are claustrophobic! You'll never make it. But if you get down there and can't continue, they will usher you back out post haste, which is really good. You go down an elevator, further down into the mountain than the Empire State Building is tall, then walk through some tight cavernous areas until you come to the water... More

This place was amazing. The tour guide was very informative and the caboose made sure no one got lost. There were a lot of people down there, but we were just with our group for most of the trip. Be warned though, we had to wait about an hour outside to get a ticket when we went there in the... More

This has been a must visit through out my life. I came as a kid several times but also came on my honey moon and finally got to being my daughter this time. She loved seeing all the stalagmites and stalactites - not to mention the memory we made by making a wish at the falls itself. I miss being... More
