I was very impressed with the Bluff View Art District. A must place to visit if in Chattanooga. The area is clean and surrounded by an eclectic vibe.

The entire block is owned by one guy who bought his wife a building for her business and kept going from there: coffee shop, coffee roaster, B&B, two restaurants, meeting venue, etc. On a limestone bluff where the river starts its curve around downtown Chattanooga....More

This is my favorite neighborhood to walk in Chattanooga. Great views, great art, coffee and just about anything else you would want to see.

Somehow, we missed this special little area on past visits. There are great trails for walking or biking which run along a portion of the river with interesting sculptures.

Both the outdoor sculpture and the many shops offer the art lover an opportunity to explore unique artistic expressions.. It is well worth a walk through to see the offerings of local artisans.

Parking can be tough, but there are plenty of public lots. Plenty open on Sunday, some after noon

Tony's is an up and down restaurant. Years ago it was actually a high quality restaurant but as the years have gone by it has lost its way and you may or may not get a good plate of food. Unfortunately this applies to all... More
