Beautiful location with several swimming holes. There are a few jump options ranging from 5 to 50 feet, but the 30 foot one is dangerous because you may hit a rock if you jump incorrectly. Personally, I loved how doable the trail was and that there were a few places where if you veered off the trail, you would find a natural water slide or another place to jump. My only reservation is that it is a bit tricky to find the parking lot especially if it is getting dark, but otherwise it is a great adventure for families, couples, or by yourself as well. As a side note, there are stairs that can be quite difficult at times when they are slippery so this is not a handicap accessible place. I plan on going back next time I am visiting Tennessee.…

Went down in my flip flops..bad idea. Trail should be done with shoes! Was pretty steep but doable. I hate heights so let the spouse go down the steps to the hole. Out of the way but a must see. Disappointed to see all the trash .Very cool place, but be careful driving up!

We also visited the Twisted Falls. The walk down was a piece of cake to the Blue Hole Falls. My grandson jumped off the cliff into the water.

Do not miss this freebie. Stunningly beautiful, one of the best I've seen. Romance is in the air. The parking is not clearly marked, and the short path leading to the fall is full of tree roots so be careful. But once you get there inner contentment you'll find. The path leading to the overlook is a must see also, not as heavily traveled, and about half the distance. Take your camera, you'll need it.…
