It was raining the night we visited Franklin so we decided to do the Lotz House tour instead of a walking tour. I wish we had done the walking tour instead. We wanted more of a ghost tour than a history tour but I do...More

Margie was quite informative about the history of this quaint little town. The stories about how the town was founded and some of its illustrious citizens were quite interesting. We enjoyed it on a crisp spring morning.

Lots of fun. We learned a lot of history and got some exercise walking around Franklin’s lovely historic downtown.

On a Spring Break vacation with some friends, we found a brochure talking about this ghost tour. We were intrigued and after the fact we all found we enjoyed it thoroughly. I really appreciated all the history facts, mixed in with the supernatural stories.

Our Widow of the South tour includes tickets to the 3 houses that you then tour on your own. Each site offers its own tours. You save quite a bit doing it this way.

Absolutely. We welcome dogs on all our tours. We do briefly go inside a couple places on some daytime tours, however. One is a church that doesn't allow dogs. Which tour were you considering?

Most tours are 90 minutes. Food tour is longer. Cost for most is $20 per adult, less for teens and kids. Not a lot of walking. They stick to downtown historic area, stopping at several spots to tell you about the history.
