Located just a straight shot south from downtown Nashville, quaint downtown Franklin is the perfect sleepy Southern town. Visitors can easily spend a day browsing antique shops and boutiques and dining at one of its many ecelctic restaurants. Downtown Franklin offers an eclectic mix of antique shops, gift and book stores, art galleries and clothing boutiques. Franklin hosts several festivals each year.

Cute downtown area. A great place to visit if your visiting the middle Tennessee area. Very pretty in the spring and fall. There are some cute little places to shop and eat at. Also, there are some interesting nearby historical sites to visit.

Sorry. We did not see any in Franklin but if you trip on over to Nashville, Main St, very safe, friendly and lots of places to eat.

Not always but if they have a band playing and you want to make sure you see the band, it will help. The band normally doesn't play until 8pm so if you're eating before 7pm, you'll probably be able to walk right in.

When I was there last we stayed at: 4207 Franklin Commons Ct, Franklin, TN 37064 It was clean and just a quick hop from main.
