We toured the house and were told of the family who grew up there and ended up in the middle of a civil war battle. The owner had to rebuild it after the house was damaged.

Thomas was our guide and very passionate about the history of the home and battle. Reasonably priced and about 1 1/2 hour in length. Recommend it.

This tour was very interesting and informative! I would highly recommend it. I was astounded by the number of bullet holes in the buildings!

I think our guide's name was Thomas. Regardless, this older gentleman was quite the character. He truly brought history to life, and I knew more then about the Battle(s) of Franklin than I'll ever know again. The artifacts are amazing. The blood stains and bullet...More
