Now it is closed. Many gathered at this local favorite on arm summer nights to watch a movie. Car loads of families would arrive with lawn chairs to sit outside their car to watch the movie and visit with the others. But the time has passed to enjoy this relaxing activity. The projector is dark. No flickering of images are on the silver screen. The speakers are silent. Sad to see it abandoned.

Wish this spot was still open. Due to the digital equipment upgrades needed, this theater had to shut its gates. Loved going with the kids every year. Really miss it!

I am very sad to announce that this drive in has been closed. We were told that all movies had went to digital and he could not afford to make the switch right now! I hope that the owner does not give up and tries to find a way to reopen. This place has made a lot of memories for me and my children.

What a great place to enjoy a movie! Wanting to relive that childhood experience of watch a movie on a gigantic outdoor screen? This is the place; big screen, first run movies, great concessions at the best price in town. Go ahead, take that special someone and enjoy the movie.

My family and I went to the midtown drive in in harriman on a Saturday night. The cars started lining up around 640 to get in. The price is good considering you get 2 movies for the price of one. Be sure and bring something to do if you arrive early as we did. Especially if you have kids as a couple of hours can pass slowly without things to pass the time. The parking places have room for 2 vehicles per area and most ppl brought chairs to sit out in front of their vehicles and watch the show. You can use your car radio or bring a portable one since you will need to hear the movie. My only complaint is you could barely hear the announcements before the movie started and several ppl were smoking nearby for the entire movie. All in all and a neat experience to see a movie.
