Well worth the visit even if you are not into wrecks. Walk or cycle to get to it most pleasant offering wonderful vistas and great view of the cliffs of moher in the distance. Best time to visit is in the evening as you get...More

Fascinating to get right up close to the wreck and appreciate the awesome power of the sea. It's possible to climb onto the wreck, though probably not recommended to do so for safety reasons. However from outside it is possible to look inside and see...More

Makes for a stunning photo, and the little pools are rife with sea creatures adapted to life in the environment. Hard not to stop if you are on a bike or on foot

Nice place to take a walk. The boat was impressive. If you feel hungry, there is a small food truck. The hot dogs were nice to the mouth, and the guy selling them was nice to the eyes♡

This wreck is really impressive to see. It's located on the part of the island that faces the Cliffs of Moher, so the backdrop is impressive. The ship is quite large and totally rusted, so it almost looks like a statue of a ship. We...More

if this is one of the "major" attractions on the island access should be improved. it would have been very easy to twist an ankle on the "lane" across to the wreck

You can easily walk or cycle to this site, or catch a ride with the horse and buggy. Its interesting to see up close and worth a visit.
