This is a lovely lighthouse with some great views along the rocks. You can climb over the rocks and also get to the lighthouse at least tide. Great on a sunny day.

What a fantastic place to get out and about. Although we are in our 70's we thoroughly enjoyed being there. Can be strenuous on the legs but take it slow - it's worth it!

We stopped off on the bus here one day and then returned after hiring bikes from St Aubin - lovely safe route straight through. Very bracing but very beautiful here. Try the ice cream too!

Stands out proud at the headland joined to themsinland at low tide only by a causeway. It is now automated.

There is no admission to the lighthouse except on a very few days a year when there is a guided tour with a blue-badge guide. You can walk over to the base of the light-house from about mid-tide free and for nothing. This... More
