This was our first caravan holiday and we stayed for 4 nights in October half term. As mentioned in many reviews the roads are pretty narrow to get to the park so brace yourself. The park itself is set literally off the beach- from our caravan you could lay in bed and hear the waves! The buildings in the park... More

This was a lovely 5 nights away with our dog. It was beautiful, although our caravan didn't have a sea view, we were less than a minutes walk from the beech. The caravan was an upgrade to what we had originally booked, so this got us off to a good start. The staff that we chatted to were friendly and... More

Stayed here for half term and it was just okay. The caravan we stayed in was a private hire and totally perfect to our needs. Our passes were included in the price. The shop on site was less than basic. I get it is the end of season almost but this is the last half term break for most people... More

We had been with 'parkdean' a number of times and have never been disappointed until this October. My husband had rang and spoken to a representative as we needed certain conditions. I am disabled and needed the car parked next to a caravan. I Sometimes have bad days and can't always leave the caravan so we asked to be in... More

Glyn and Margaret are wonderful and helped my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The park is clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and serve with a smile. I stayed in a lodge which was clean and home from home.

Returning to Challaborough Bay after 28 years i was hoping to re-live all my great childhood memories. I haven't been disappointed! We went with no great expectation for the caravan as we choose a dog friendly one, but we couldn't have chosen better! The van was spotless and had the added bonus of having a separate bath and shower room!... More

This park has everything to provide enjoyment for a good family holiday. It has a club house ( you need to pay £10 each, over the age of 5, lasts all season) a pub with tables outside almost on the beach, fish & chip kiosk, ice cream kiosk, lifeguard, sandy beach, rock pools and small river running across beach, great... Friendly staff, very clean new accommodation, quiet, very close to the beach, beautiful countryside, well appointed site. You have it all here and we would definitely come back. Our accommodation had 2 full bathrooms (not just two toilets!), 3 bedrooms (one double and 2 with 2 singles in them), well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating in lounge area -... More

Lovely caravan, close to the entertainment and beach but not noisy. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect out of the way location. Ideal for families with young children. I will be booking again very soon... cant wait to go back

Unfortunately the place was much more shabby than in the pictures. Also not very clean. There was quite a lot of noise around the caravan but that was only to be expected at the busy time of year we went. The staff were friendly and helpful.
