We first visited Woolacombe when our children were babies and loved it. Now, 10 years later, we visit frequently from Bideford in north Devon. The first view of Woolacombe beach, as you approach, is just as beautiful as it was the first time we saw...More

Great beach, clean, safe and lovely sand. Amazing cliff formations with lots of Little Rock pools to be explored. Went on a freezing cold day but was worth it for the views alone. Lots of cafes nearby for cups of tea.

I recommend to everybody to visit this beach. Great place to relax especially in winter when there are no people. Breathtaking views. I was surprised it is better beach than some beaches in Mediterrian.

Lots of space, area to rock climb and look for animals in the small pool, short walk to beachy shops. Crazy golf near by. Large and smaller beaches that are very clean. Easy to get to and a chilled out vibe in this area
