We are spending two days here in Crail. Our B&B is on the south end of town. We have walked on the Fife Trail all through the Harbour. It is a great place to walk brusquely or to meander and take in the houses, shops,...More

Small fisher town climbing the hills with beautiful houses and pleasant walk to do along the dwindling streets. You will find a few good cafes and restaurants to, serving fresh seafood and fish to your delight

Enjoyed a visit to the harbour where lobsters were on sale, cooked as you wait. A busy Sunday afternoon on low tide with lots of people milling around.

Some leisure yachts and a few off shore fishing boats. Very pretty harbour and sea wall. Fresh dressed crab for sale in a wooden shack.

Beautiful views from the harbour. Small enough area but worth a visit for the scenery alone. Very relaxing

This village is well worth a short stop over on the Fife Coastal Route. It has pretty houses and and a cute harbour. Don't expect too much to be open after 7pm - even in Summer!

If you have stopped at crail it's nice to visit the small but quaint harbour especially on a nice day when the tide is in, there is a tearoom/cafe nearby, and also the pottery is well worth a visit.
