I had vouchers for Raptor world which included a visit to the Scottish Deer Centre. Our Raptor World visit allowed us to visit with the birds. The staff allowed us to photograph them to our hearts content. We then had the opportunity of holding each bird while we were given information about them. We had a 8 year old and... More

Raptor World Interactive is situated inside the Deer Centre itself. My daughter and I visited the Deer Centre today, and after having a good look around there, discovered the Falconry. There were many birds of prey to be seen out in the viewing area. The female falconer was tending to them while we were watching, and it was apparent that... More

This visit was absolutely amazing. I had bought a Bird of prey handling experience for my 2 teenagers, through Wowcher. And what an experience it was! The smiles on my 2 teenagers faces said it all. They got to handle a hawk as well as a Barn Owl and a European Owl. Not only did they get to handle these... More

I got a Living Social voucher for this day out and my husband and I went along. Never been a fan of birds flying about my head, but this experience changed all that. The falconer was great, so informative and she obviously loved working with these birds. We flew a Harris Hawk, Barn Owl and our absolute favourite was the... More

This was fabulous. A great day out. Bought a groupon voucher for my sister's birthday and she took me along as her plus one. A large variety of birds were there and handling was allowed. The lady doing the talk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then you get to walk around the woods flying one of the birds. That is... More

I took my sons to this as a surprise and they loved it (they are 18 and 15) and they loved being so close to the birds. They are still talking about it months later.

This would be a great activity for all ages, even people in wheel chairs would manage as all paths etc. are on the flat. Email address is Info&raptorworld.co.uk this... More

Just finished a visit to Raptor World in Cupar with the Birds of Prey. The experience was amazing and extremely enjoyable. The member of staff (sorry never got her name) was friendly, easy to speak to, very knowledgeable about her subject and made the visit fun and exciting. The birds all looked relaxed and in good condition and it was... More

We went to the Scottish Deer Centre on Sunday after I bought a voucher for a Bird of Prey Experience. It was a brilliant two hours and I would gladly do it again.
