Absolutely beautiful park. Well maintained. Beautifully scenic. Even has a parkrun on a Saturday morning, a must for any parkrun tourist.

This beautiful country park has something for everyone. A wonderful lake teeming with wildlife and superb walks. Plenty of places to eat. Try the Alona resteraunt beside the fun park.

Very nice park if you like to walk like I do. It was a sunny day when I was last there so was a bit busier than usual but everyone seemed so pleasant.

As above, it's a very good place to go out for a walk or just sit by the lake and enjoy the view. Often many people about, can be quite popular. There are amenities inside for children and for adults, you can jog or cycle.

Fantastic disabled access. We had a great time as did our assistant dog. Going again next year. Would recommend to anyone.

Approximately 7 miles. Enjoy the park. We loved the Roman remains.

We have also always booked in advance, but there have been available spaces every time, so I can't see them turning down visitors.
