I have been to strathclyde park countless times the park is great for a walk There is a lovely swing park for kids & the young at heart to play in also M&Ds is set within the park

Strathclyde Country Park , I use it on a regular basis for Cycling which is good for very casual experience or on the road with some testing parts The boating is very popular and is used by many boating clubs & holds national & international events ... there is a gym attached attached to the main building bird life is... We have walked the loch many many times. It's a great walk, but no matter what time of year the midgies are our in force so beware! Can be cold (even on warm days), so wrap up!

Lovely view all round but paths not wheel chair friendly. Kids love. Running about in open spaces. Very dog friendly

This is the best yet. Been to see Santa in lots of places. Last year was at goldings new lanark which at the time was the best but this year you will not beat mandds. Santa was fantastic and the elves story time brilliant. Included in price also was photo an hour in soft play or the ice rink or... More

This is great area for a picnic and walking,it also has a sports centre,there are three hotels within the park and a funfair.

What a lovely asset to have, the facilities and attractions as so numerous it is impossible to list them all so I will list just a few and I suggest you either pay a visit to the Visitor Centre or check out their web-site, the park offers outdoor adventure playgrounds, bicycle hire, fitness gym, water sports centre with a café.... More

This park has easy walks but beware the walk around the lake is longer than it looks. A really nice walk is one that takes you from Strathclyde to Chatelherault along side the river. We stayed here for two nights for a Taekwondo comp as we always do. the staff are great, Leigh behind the bar and the kitchen staff are great, made our stay away from home really enjoyable.
