Check in at Aberdeen and Lerwick were simple and easy. Boarding passes, cabin keys and meal vouchers presented at check-in. Cabins were like a hotel room with en-suite shower room, coffee and tea, plus comfortable bunks. Excellent nights' sleep. Staff were very pleasant and friendly....More

We traveled from Aberdeen in January, I think it is very rare for the ferry to be cancelled. There service was excellent so I imagine they would have a plan.
