A really nice garden to get some ideas on how to plant a shady garden or a woodland based garden. The people who work in the garden are happy to help. The children loved running around the wooded area and exploring.

Only mentioned locally, but this is really a nice woodland style garden. Don't expect a formal garden, for highly recommended among botanists, and this garden specializes in Himalayan vegetation. Lots of red red squirrels around, so pretty sure you can capture one or several on...More

Beautiful gardens on a hilly location in Strathtay over looking the Tay Valley below. Keep an eye out for the red squirrels at the car park when you arrive

A fellow plant lover advised me it visit and I certainly didn't regret a second. I 'dragged' my daughter with us and she wouldn't know an acorn from an Arisaema but she was equally enchanted by this magnificent woodland garden. I can't start to list...More

Visited this morning in the hope of seeing the red squirrels. As soon as I pulled up in the car park there were red squirrels all around. Beautiful watching them eating hazelnuts from the feeders dotted around the interesting gardens. It was quiet when we...More

I think they are if I remember rightly. I'm sure it said something on the board at entrance that dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead. I may be wrong though I'm afraid. you may be able to find out online where.
