Brilliant views, interesting course, friendly staff, all the elements of weather in one round. I've played 12 courses in SW Ireland and NE Scotland in the past year. This is in my top 3 including the Old Course. Go see.

As much as I fancy myself a wordsmith. I found myself at a loss for words in trying to explain the experience we had at Royal Dornoch. Before I left, I came across this review, and after playing, read it again. I felt it perfectly...More

There are several members at Royal Dornoch who are also keen fishermen. Best advice would be to ask the ladies in the administration office who might be able to put you in touch

I would recommend one round on the championship course and play the second round at Brora.
