Just on the road to Fort Augustus, coming from Inverness, on the left side of the lake of Loch Ness. There are signs on the road, easy to reach, there's a car park near the site. You have to walk a little bit to reach the 2 beautiful places from where you can see the falls. It's a stunning vision,... More

Last day in Inverness, we visited this beautiful place. We had no plan to see as we didn't know anything about this place. Suddenly I found this place on TripAdvisor to see this place and we had some extra time to explore more. I recommend to see this place everyone. Must visit this place.

We were down to the lower viewing area and back up again to the car park within about 15 minutes. We had stopped for some fresh air while on a long drive through the area. There's plenty of parking just across from the path marked for the falls. It's mostly wooden steps down and down and down (and then back... More

I loved this place. Not really an experienced walker but saw the other reviews and photos on trip advisor and decided to give it a go. We inadvertently either did the long path or got lost. Either it isn't very well signposted or I did get lost, maybe someone can tell me. but we kept walking, persevered and were well... More

It was a nice waterfall. I only went to the upper viewpoint as I was pressed for time. Maybe the lower foyers is where the attraction is at. I found a much nicer fall, Dhivach Falls on the other side of the Loch, far grander waterfall. Also I seem to always find closed public toilets. Busting to go, luckily working... More

A fantastic walk to the falls and then to Loch Ness, a leg stretching walk back up to the car park but beautiful too. We popped into the cafe by the car park which finished the day off perfectly... a real find, the food was delicious and not "tourist priced" the staff were so friendly.

short walk to the road, it's not worth a full trip to them but, cute enough for a stop on the way or small detour (if such thing is possible in the highlands).
