The walk to get there is good, but the "maze" itself is a bit of a let down to be honest. It tries to educate you about the history of Scotland through the various types of rocks that the country is made of.

Very interesting maze with information on different stones from different areas. Along with a scenic walk in blackmuir woods. Delightful

Since the trees were cleared in the vicinity of the maze-stone, the light does show their different characters in various colours etc. The walk it's self is very pleasant and we walked all along the cat's back to Knockfarrell the dog enjoyed it too.

Fascinating place and lots of history. Its a lovely little walk from the town and is easy to get too. Not too taxing. All the stones are from different areas of Scotland and all from different Geological eras.

A nice walk through the woods along good paths, it was well signposted and something different to see in the middle of the trees, kids would love it.

Really thought there would be more to this but there really isn't. Spent 2 mins here and saw it all. There isn't really much difference between the rocks either so not very interesting at all.

Expected more, the stones all lookes very similar, see much more variation out on the hills, we were walking in the area anyway, but I would not go out of my way for it
