A family-friendly museum on a peaceful riverside site with friendly farm animals, working watermill and interactive displays. Explore fields and woodland walks, join in daily demonstrations and activities, and let the kids go wild in playgrounds, pedal carts and trampolines. Take a trip by tractor, ride the narrow-gauge railway, explore the museum, or bounce around in the indoor soft play area. There is lots to see and do at Almond Valley indoors and out.

Brought my 2 nieces here during the spring break. Kids had been with the school but they still had a ball. It was a wee bit dated and worn out in places but didn't distract from the fun the kids had. Despite the weather there was lots to keep the kids occupied. They especially loved the huge trampoline hill and... More

We have annual passes for the farm but have recently been at Christmas, we visited Santa and spent time around the farm. Santa was great and really spent time with the kids, you weren't just rushed in and out. The farm is also excellent at Halloween as the staff put on a great show which can be really scary. Easter... Kids of all ages will love this. There are the animals and yes, you can touch them, soft play for very young and older (separate areas), wee train and tractor rides, adventure playgrounds, sit on tractors, huge sandpit under a huge tent (keep shoes on as there are bones and stones to uncover beneath the sand), a bouncy cow (my... There are plenty of activities for all ages of youngsters and plenty animals to see learn about. The cafe provides a good selection for both adults and children. It's both easy to find with plenty parking. There are activities for both wet or dry days. A great Al round experience.

My son(16 months) and I have a really fund day out, he enjoyed looking at the animals and loved the tractor-trailer ride. He also really liked crawling around in the mining exhibit. I think we'd have stayed longer and had more fun if it wasn't so cold and muddy but that's not the fault of the attraction. I knocked a... More

Our service users and staff had a great time, the ladies in the cafe work well as a team and couldn't have been more friendly. We were disappointed as not pets were in pet corner. Overall good day, carer goes free with laying concession.
