Fyne Ales is located on a working farm in Argyll at the head of Loch Fyne, an area renowned for its excellent natural produce. We are a team who are passionate about brewing outstanding and progressive craft ales.We have a great bar on site, where you can sit and enjoy a tasting flight of a selection of our beers, or a few pints of your favourite. We also serve beef pies made from our own highland beef, which is also available to buy in the shop. Brewery tours can be arranged when the Brewers are available.

Having walked the mountains in the stunning valley behind, a range of fantastic beers and wonderful home grown steak and ale pie couldn't have been more welcome. We walked past the cows grazing on the spent grain from the brewery - great sustainability story. They are clearly geared up for indecisive drinkers like me with their taster cups. Couldn't recommend... More

We usually pop in to stock up on some ales. The service can be quite slow and it seems there is usually only two people working trying to keep everyone happy which can be difficult in tourist season. It is quite an informal place for a bite to eat and a drink more like a shop with some tables/bar attached.... More

This is a great stop for a short break when driving. Lovely bar and helpful staff. You can get snacks, very limited choice as they don't have a kitchen but very tasty. Taster beer selection available in small measures.

This is a great tour of a very authentic local brewery that takes about 1- 1.5 hours. Sam was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and engaging. Tour starts with a walk around the 'old' original brewery that used to be a cattle shed and then onto their 'state-of-the-art' new plant. Sam talked through the brewing theory and history... More

There's a Fynne selection of glasses to accompany Fynne ales, popped in for some lovely half pint glasses and naturally could resist the purchase of a few more beers for stocks at home. Ful of Swedish visitors this morning. Skol!

I can't praise Fyne Ales enough. I have been a fan of their beer for a long time and everything they do from, marketing to production is synonymous with quality. As a frequent traveller up to the North West of Scotland the addition of the visitor centre and brewery tap was very welcome. It is always a friendly welcome, accommodating... More

We found this place by chance, browsing TripAdvisor from the hotel. The hostess guided us through the old and new breweries. Explanations were very interesting. At the end of the tour, we were offered a sample tasting of every beer they produce, including limited editions.

Family visit to sample some very very good beer. Big fan of this brewery but it's extra special drinking their beer on location. Jarl is stunning while drinking in the sun with some spectacular surroundings, is a must visit while passing and highly recommended if you are able to get a designated driver, although it you are driving takeaway kegs...
