Viking grave stone dating back to 11th century. Church in gorgeous location. Lots of interesting facts at this church. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

A fascinating churchyard with a large historical background. Dating back several centuries including relics from a Viking incursion.

We were impressed by the church and grounds but inside is beautiful in its simplicity. the windows do all the talking. its not laid out traditionally inside and it was interesting to learn why. the ceiling is a great feat of craftsmanship.

The church was closed when we visited, but we had a look round the graveyard. Some gravestones were hundreds of years old which I find very interesting. Very poignant indeed!
