Great garden. Very unusual displays

I like this garden and love the cafe. Very unusual take on some old favorites. The gardens also have great places for the kids to learn and play. Great family fun.

A wonderful array of gardens all beautifully designed. The gardens are all nicely marked if you are interested in adding to your own garden. It is a great size to see a nice variety without being overwhelmed.

I honestly wasn't expecting much since it was February when we visited but this place was by far the prettiest in Memphis. Larger and more beautiful than I expected. My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the many fountains, coy fish and Japanese garden. It made for a lovely afternoon walk. Lots of romance and sunshine!!

The Botanic Garden has always been one of our favorite days out. We are especially fond of "The Big Backyard"!

Perhaps I'm being a little too critical, but I was disappointed to be welcomed by three flashing digital signs that look as if you were cruising the Strip in Las Vegas. Parks and gardens should be "quiet" places free of noise and visual pollution. Once you get past the signs, it's okay. The Japanese gardens were worth a visit alone.

Behind the Visitor's Center is My Big Backyard, a children's area. The Japanese Garden has a lagoon with Koi and Canadian Geese. There are many specialty garden areas and numerous trails. We walked about 2 miles and didn't see everything.

One of the most beautiful spots in Memphis. The gardens are beautiful. In the summer the rose gardens are the most beautiful you'll ever see. Follow the trail to the lake and feed the fish. The big back yard is excellent for children. Its one of the most romantic places in Memphis to go. Beautiful weddings are held here too.

Came here on visit to extended family who'd recently moved to the Memphis area. We all had a terrific visit, including the young girl in our party. My wife and I are Missouri Botanical Garden members, so we were admitted without charge due to the reciprocal agreement between most of the country's botanical gardens. We enjoyed a pleasant and informative... More

A wonderful time for the entire family. The children's Backyard is outstanding. A walk through the gardens is beautiful and an oasis in the middle if the city. You won't be disappointed!

I visited during a wedding reception being held inside the main building. Beautiful artwork was on display, and in other portions of the facility there were some unusual geological displays as well as awesome gardens, fountains, and art. I will definitely return for another visit soon.

Thank Bryan L
