Went here with my wife and brother in law. I can honestly say this is the best surf lesson I have ever had! Went here after a disheartening lesson in Bondi. We were absolutely thrilled with the experience we had here at Manly! Absolutely loved...More

We visited and did a group lesson. It wasn't a very satisfying experience because it was stressful, crowded, and physically very difficult. The instructors did not communicate well with one another and there was a lot of tension while we were with them for just...More

Our 6 and 8 year old daughters had so much fun in the group surf lessons down at Long Reef. We highly recommend this surf school for their great attitudes and patience in teaching the students the love and skills for surfing.

Went there for my 1st surfing lesson after seeing the great reviews. It was a group lesson of about 15 participants. Price is cheap but it was a useless lesson. We could barely hear the instructor. He kept mumbling. I thought it was me getting...More

A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take
you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches
here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the
day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is
a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the
Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are
plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent
cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants
