Friendly knowledgeable professional staff to answer your every question regarding Frankston and surrounding areas and things on offer. Eclectic array of souvenirs and beach side necessities you may have forgotten available for purchase at reasonable prices.

knowledgeable staff and very helpful. easy to find on the foreshore at Frankston main Beach close to Kannanook creek. Plenty of carparking and safe Kids playground opposite

We hadn't been to Frankston in 20 years so the Information Centre was a must visit. The staff were excellent and gave us so many great places to go and things to see it definitely is a one stop shop for everything Frankston and surrounds.
