Our car group recently visited on a Sunday & whilst a guide is not normally offered on this day, John (hope I remembered his name rightly) stepped up and provided a great Veteran's commentary of the incredible items on display. Planes, helicopters, trucks, tanks, uniforms and weapons - it's all there, and extremely well displayed. Absolutely moving, absolutely fascinating -... More

Very easy to find as it on the left hand side of the road a few minutes after you cross over the bridge onto Phillip Island. Plenty of car parking in front and at the side... More

Spent a couple of hours here looking at displays and reading a lot of history about Vietnam war that we had forgotten. The start off at the Diorama was very moving and a great start to our experience. Everyone should visit this wonderful Museum

We were quite impressed with this museum while spending the day on Phillip Island. It is very well done and documented. The exhibits are more extensive than one would imagine in a small part of Australia. The staff were excellent, got us a return taxi, etc. Just fyi, it is on a far end of the island and is about... The staff are amazing, so engaged with the museum! We went on a Sunday morning before heading back to Melbourne, what a great way to farewell the Island. The museum had an outstanding collection of memorabilia and information about Australia's involvement in the Vietnam War!! The interactive presentation was amazing and extremely informative. We've left with a different view on... More

Great collection and fantastic staff. The staff are extra helpful and have great stories to tell. It's good to see a museum dedicated to the Vietnam War. They are currently restoring The Canberra out the back. It was good to see an APC on display.
