We have never been to Nashville before but now I'm looking forward to going back! The town is laid out very easy to navigate. The buildings are pretty and it is very clean for being a bigger city! We will come back when we have more time to explore

It's the big city full of good food and good music. We went to have dinner and didn't end up leaving till late in the night because we were having a blast. These places are bars so if you're not a drinker and don't like the night life broadway street probably isn't for you at least later in the evening.... More

Downtown Nashville is a must for any visitor to the Middle Tennessee area. The honky tonks on Broadway are from 1st to 5th ave, and are free entry. Tootsie's has history and is popular. Robert's has the best band and is traditional country. Just south of Broadway is the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash museum, an outdoor... More

I loved walking the main strip of Nashville because you could always hear such amazing country music being sung by local musicians...and people wanting to be discovered.

We took to the streets of downtown Nashville at 7.30pm and though it had just drizzled people were out and about in groups enjoying the various bars, live performances, restaurants, horse driven carriage rides and everything the city centre had to offer. The iconic Hard Rock Cafe with the ubiquitous guitar in neon lights, a pedal powered beer carriage, and... More

As a first time visitor, deciding to stay downtown was a good choice. You can walk to all the bars, and most attractions. From our hotel, Marriott Courtyard it was only a $17.00 Uber ride to the airport.

That's the most happening place outside of Times Square or the French Quarter. Music oriented clubs every fifty feet. Live country, rock or blues. Most with food. Bar b que is predominant. We were here on a Wednesday night. No cover charge or minimum. Don't know about the weekend. BB King's was our favorite.

We visited on a warm, blue-sky Saturday, during a Spring Break weekend. Downtown was hopping! There was live music at many venues, crowds on the streets, plenty of places to buy western style boots and souvenirs, and bachelorette party groups pedaling beer wagons. To me it felt like the "country" version of New Orleans or Las Vegas. If this is... More

Nashville is so much fun. The history, music and food were great. Personally I was into the local music on Broadway and Main Street. I was not disappointed.
