The evening tour was seriously nothing to write home about. We were not picked up on time, mirroring some similar sentiments that other reviewers have posted. We were shown a few things during the last bit of daylight, and once it got dark, our tour guide kept saying things like, "there is a statue over here but you can't see... More

Took in June 2011 for half a day while in Nashville for a day. You visit the Ryman auditorium, the grande ole opry, see some country music stars homes, see a bar where Elvis once performed. There's a visit to the country music hall of fame too. Picked me up at my hotel and dropped off too. Good tour.

In contrast to absolutely EVERYTHING else in Nashville, this tour is sad, deflated and hanging on by a thread. It was an unseasonably mild weekend, perfect for touring, so weather cannot be blamed for this hot southern mess! We bought tickets via our hotel concierge (who we quickly suspected was married to someone at Grayline or was at least receiving... More

We paid our money and waited/WASTED more than one hour waiting on a bus to come by. We called, moved to a different location. Very frustrating as we had limited time. During the time we waited OLD TOWN TROLLEY DROVE by 4x. I would try them for sure next time.

We took 3 tours while in town. The best of Nashville, stars homes, and the Grand Ole Opry and hotel. We had Rose (?) for the Grand Ole Opry and hotel tour and she was amazing. Patient and full of knowledge. Took the time to walk us around so we wouldn't miss anything. Answered all of our questions. She even took... More

Had to get around and see some of the highlights on my 1st trip to Nashville this weekend, the weather wasn't great so this was another good reason to ride the trolley. We got a lot of great information and quite a few laughs along the way today. Thanks to Carter and his fill in driver (didnt get his name)... More

The family came to Nashville for The Voice auditions for my oldest daughter. We got here a day early and decided to take the trolley tour. GiGi, our guide, was the absolute best. She was super super friendly and very knowledgeable about the city. If you come to Nashville and choose the Gray Line tours pray that you get GiGi... More

Rather than get on and off at any one of the 15 stops, on the first day we stayed on and got the full review of the downtown from the excellent driver/guide. The two day pass was $28.00 and worth it if you want to see the many things that Nashville has to offer.

We were picked up at our hotel promptly. Jack's Bar-B-Que was delicious and very filling. Our tour guide Kim was very knowledgable and informative. She gave us a choice of 1 and 1/2 or two hours on Broadway, everyone agreed on 1 and 1/2 hours which was just enough. We were able to walk up and down the street and... More

We paid $78 for both of us and was left at the end of the day! Came 15 mins early! Called the office and they sent someone else. 30 mins later we have a ride back.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We appreciate all reviews and use them to improve our services. Times given throughout the day are approximate and depend largely on traffic flow. That being said, the final loop should always be an exact time so that we do not miss anybody out at a stop. If you are... More
