It's baron in the winter but still worth the hike! The trails are challenging yet wide enough to pass through. We try to get here twice a year.

Wonderful wooded park. Plenty of trails for hiking or biking. Last drive theough brought back some great memories. Convenient to west side of town. Nice spot if you're in town and want a pleasant walk or ride. Much quieter during the week.

We enjoyed our ride through the Warner Parks. In the summer they have plenty of shade, hills and are just plain beautiful. Fair amount of parking available near Steeple Chase

It's unusual for a city to have such large wooded parks within its boundaries. There are mils of great hiking trails in the hills, good picnic pavillions, and many miles of very curvy roads for bike riding (and cars).

Exactly what we wanted in hike. Many trail options with a variety of distance and terrain. Temps were very comfortable despite mud summer day.

Excellent bike trails for mountain bike riding. The scenery is undeniably beautiful. We saw deer, a fox or coyote, turkeys and fish! Gorgeous! Trails We felt like we were in the wilderness yet we were still in Nashville.

There is a small river running through the park, you can wade. No swimming tho. Trails (paved and rustic), nature center, dog park and places to picnic.

I think the best time to go would be mid / late October if you want the full fall color. There might still be some color left in November -- that would depend on how much rain and wind they've had though. Hope you get to... More
