If you purchase a pair of 1400.00 Lucchese boots for a gift and the person doesn't want boot. When you return them for a refund they have this undisclosed hidden policy of "NO REFUND" Guess it's time to contact my brother-in-law (Lawyer) and have some fun with this company.

I was in Nashville on vacation last week and was very pleased and surprised to find this store by accident as I was just browsing shops. I tend to have a hard time finding boots that fit right and the worker helped me find just the perfect pair. He was very friendly and helpful and the deals were great. I... More

We checked out most of the boot stores on Broadway. Yes some have buy one get two free, however they do not carry name brands and they knock up the prices like crazy for a low quality boot. Donovan was so nice and patient with my husband and I while we made our selections. He never was pushy or made... More

Ask for Donovan. He is sweet and accommodating and patient with out-of-towners. Trail West has a range of brands and prices and they carry Lucchese for the discerning. [The 2nd street location has these in abundance.] The biggest thing is that they really FIT you and help you select the right boots. It isn't a warehouse style shop, but you... More

I first visited Trail West in 2007-2008 with my dad. He bought me a beautiful pair of boots that I still wear to this day, and always get compliments on them. I have been back to Nashville several times since then, and always stay in the Opryland area. I went in to Trail West this weekend and showed them the... More

We were looking for something nice and unique. We went to the Lucchese show room location on 2nd ave right by the cumberland river pedestrian bridge. The had great deals on Lucchese and three of us walked away with great quality boots, exactly what we were looking for. The sales person was so helpful and not pushy at all.

NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE UNLESS YOU WANT JOE, THE MANAGER TO INSULT YOU AND TREAT YOU WITH COMPLETE DISRESPECT!! My family and I spent more than $650 on boots, hats and shirts. When we had a problem with one of the boots we had purchased, we returned to the store to talk to the manager. He insulted... More

Cool boot store. Was impressed to see they were able to keep the history of the store intact. The creaky wooden floors are a must see.

This is a great shop! Very friendly people, Chrissy was an amazing sales professional. She never rushed us on anything. Took all the time necessary to find the boots that were right for us in style and price. This shop is worth stopping in.
