My husband and I attended a morning concert called "Coffee & Classics." It starts and 10:30 am and lasts approximately an hour. The morning concert offers coffee and pastries to anyone arriving between 9:30 am and the start of the concert. Today's concert included two performances. The first performance was Samuel Barber's Symphony No. 1 and the second performance was... More

Recently attended a concert over MLK day weekend at the Schermerhorn in Nashville. The Theatre is amazing. Very beautiful and the acoustics were great. The Symphony orchestra was also great, very very professional and talented bunch. The staff was friendly too. Great place to visit if you're in Nashville.

Outstanding acoustics and I should know as a world traveler who has been to the best Concert Halls. Great location easy access to park and nice walking around downtown.

What a great event this was! We don't attend the symphony regularly, but this particular performance piqued our interest so we went. It was such a delight to watch the movie while listening to the beautiful score being performed live. We had box seats so we were in close proximity to the pit and were so drawn to the musicians... I traveled here in December and January to see Home Alone and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Absolutely wonderful performances!! The building itself is beautiful and clean and the seats are comfortable. I'd highly recommend the movie performances, for all ages.

Enjoyed a wonderful experience with the Nashville Symphony playing the soundtrack of Harry Potter the first movie. Only suggestion is to provide more servers when you have a full house during intermissions.

We attended a Christmas concert featuring Wynton Marsalis and jazz band. The show was great and the seats very comfortable. We were in the upper level balcony and although far away from the stage we could still see and hear everything on the stage. The only drawback is the parking. I paid $26 to park in a lot across from... More

The Schermerhorn is located in the perfect spot in downtown Nashville. A wonderful facility that offers a plethora of entertainment. An easy walk to many restaurants, hotels and bustling Broadway. The decor inside is classic/beautiful and the seats/views are fabulous. The staff is always very kind and attentive.

Great Christmas Concert with Wynton at a concert hall that is state of the art and one of the best places to watch and listen to music, musician's and jazz vocalist. This in my personal view on par with the Lincoln Center in NYC.

Thank Gene B
