This is a pretty relaxing time. Get in a tube a float with the current. No effort, just relax. wish there were a bar at the end of it.

Depends on the water levels and currents but Id say 3- 3 1/2 hours in total. Highly recommend taking a paddle to help in slow spots and to keep from hitting tree branches and rocks.
