We saw the signs on I-40 and thought we would check it out. We were a little surprised that it was a further 6 miles, but it was worth it. The views along the way were very pretty and we enjoyed both the galleries and...More

Been many times but this time I could only find one thing to buy. Not as much craft-oriented retail pieces. On the other hand, the gallery spaces were much better than I remember before.

I have visited this art gallery/ craft store for many years and I am never disappointed. The items that are for sale are varied in both complexity and price. Don't expect flea market prices but art gallery quality. The exhibits are amazing. The views from...More

This place is great! I live in the vicinity and I like to stop in from time-to-time to check it out. The content is derived largely from local artists. So, it’s very interesting to me. I’m glad we have this gem.

This place was very expensive. The art installations were very modern...not at all easy on the eyes. One in particular was not child friendly...I would not recommend this place. I am very surprised by the positive reviews.

We loved the "dress" that changed colors...you must see it! The jewelry pieces are lovely...as are the pottery, batik scarves, woven baskets, and glass creations. The place is a "gem"...pun intended!

The Art gallery is amazing. The gift shop is just as entertaining and the Blue Water Grill On The Hill is delicious! You can even walk the trails after lunch.

We decided to take a short day trip from Murfreesboro. The Appalachian Center was about an hour away and an easy drive. Parking is conveniently close to the building. The gallery is small but contains very interesting pieces of art. The gift shop was full...More

Local student artisans create a variety of beautiful objects, such as pottery, jewelry wood craft and paintings. I wanted to buy everything, but of course I could not afford to do that. Highly recommend this site to find one of a kind items.
