This is a beautiful area. Even in the winter! Visiting Buchanan Dam and having a picnic was a perfect way to see the history of the area.

We reserved a pavilion at the lake for our family use on Sunday. It was near the park store which make it handy for drinks, renting kayaks, etc.

Inks Lake is a yearly trip with family! We have been going to the state park for many years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lake and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful.
