My two girl friends and I had a wonderful time shopping in Canton. There were too many booths to visit them all, selling everything from jewelry to monogrammed pillows.

So much fun and variety. People are amazingly friendly and helpful. I've been there many times and it always has plenty of variety and new. Good prices. Plan to walk. I got beautiful plants and hanging baskets so cheap !!

How is Canton on Sunday? Is it pretty picked over or still pretty stocked?

Actually we normally go early on Sunday morning to avoid the crowds but it does get busier after noon. We never have a problem finding many good buys and there are plenty of things to see. I am sure some things may be gone... More
I'm so excited for my upcoming bday trip to First Monday. I'm particularly looking for vintage clothing/jewelry/accessories. Any recommendations for areas to focus on? I've actually booked a hotel so I can have two days but I want to be efficient and tackle this properly. Thanks for any and all advice! :)

Most of your clothing and jewelry are in the buildings, which are more towards the main entry into the trade days. Enjoy and have fun shopping!
What time do they open?

You will find most are open very early as some come and stay in motorhomes, etc. for the weekend. We usually get there about 10:00 am.
