Pioneer Plaza is a large public park in the Convention Center District of downtown Dallas. The centerpiece of the park is an aggregate sculpture of the “Old West Cattle Drive” consisting of 49 long-horn steers & 3 drovers, all depicted in bronze statues that are...More

Was probably one of the best things I did on my trip in Dallas not only is there a cattle drive you can walk around it and then behind it is an old cemetery I spent over an hour in the area. I highly recommend...More

This is a simple little park but truly a tribute to the cattle drives. If these sculptures are life-size, all I can say is “those steers were huge!” Take the time to visit this park It’s worth the time. There is a little parking lot...More

The right tribute to the cow boys to their work, of great impact among other things, this work is located near the pioneer's cemetery where there are tombs of settlers dating back to 1850. After many skyscrapers a healthy return to the past. If you...More

A must see if you are downtown, a bit of construction tape but nothing that you cannot walk under. A bit dirty but it is a cattle drive so there.

I loved checking out the plaza and taking pictures with my friends. I definitely wouldn't pay for a tour though lol, just google stuff as you're walking around! I recommend Instaparking a lot somewhere near so you can do a good amount of exploring!

Pioneer plaza brings the old Dallas and mixes it with some of the new. The cemetery in the middle of this park reminds the visitor of the humble beginnings of this great city, while the statuary shows how great the city has become, while harkening...More

This really nice park with its unique sculpture is a very nice spot that it denfinitely deserves a visit. It is located in a location that is perfectly reachable by foot from the main landmarks of the City. Do not miss it!

I loved this sculpture situated in a small park near the convention center. It really gives you the feel of Texas. I'll admit that I enjoyed this much more than the square Kennedy memorial nearby.

I have been at night but it is not lighted as much and your photos won't come out properly. More appropriate during the day time.
