Bishop Arts is a very eclectic and diverse area in Oak Cliff.So many great restaurants. And it is designed to be walked. Worth a visit!!!

I went there on a Saturday and it was crowded. I suggest to get there early to walk around and enjoy the ambiance that the place have.

Rode there on the new Streetcar. Met by heavy construction activity, water & mud in the streets; had to walk through this to get to sidewalk. There should be directions posted to various businesses from the streetcar stop.

Previous answers are excellent, Downtown is closest, but not walking, if they would finish trolley would add charm and option. Belmont Hotel in Oak Cliff, is an option but I think is really Pricy. Enjoy
