The Dallas Theater Center in the Wyly Theatre is a thrilling performance space! The space can be configured differently based on programming which is a great delight! I have seen drop dead wonderful shows, the most heart stopping, Cabaret, the rollickin' Moonshine:That Hee Haw Musical, The Rocky Horror Show and the promise of Give It Up and real duds...more of... My wife and I attended a show last night at the Kalita Humphries Theater. I was interested to visit the theater because its architect was Frank Lloyd Wright. Parking was easy in lots at the theater. The theater lobby was small but cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms downstairs were a bit tight and dated but functional. We had less expensive tickets... More

My wife and I saw Sense and Sensibility at the Kalita Humphreys Theater on Turtle Creek Blvd. It is an older theater designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. It is small enough that there isn't a bad seat in the house. It is old but not run down, there is a difference. I liked the charm that some of the newer... More

As a long time subscriber to the various musical series, I've now changed my focus to the DTC. Over the last couple of years, I've consistently had better, more interesting and entertaining experiences with the DTC. Over and over again, the productions surprise me and give me an experience I could not have anticipated. A great gift to the audiences.... More

I saw Driving Miss Daisy October 19th at the Dallas Theater Center Kalita Humphreys Theater. The cast: Ms. Annalee jefferies; Hassan El-Amin and James Crawfoid were simply amazing! To see Jefferies and El-Amin age from the beginning to the end was not only fantastic but it brought tears to almost everyone in the audience. Jefferies did her aging without the... More

I attend A LOT of theater and with out a doubt DTC is by far the most consistent with the quality of their productions. Their production of "Les Miz" was so wonderful, I ended up buying a subscription to their new season. Just saw "Rocky Horror" the other night and thoroughly enjoyed it - looking forward to "Driving Miss Daisy"... More

Plays are top notch. All seats are good, regardless of where you sit. Price is affordable. A great experience for the whole family or with your special love one.

I've never been disappointed during a visit. I love attending the plays and staff has always been professional, courteous, and readily available. During intermissions they do a great job of clearing out bathroom lines. Before shows I've enjoyed dining at their buffet.

Seeing burlesque show with LeAnn. Live and let strip. With actors from the 30's. Frank Lloyd Wright designed this theater.
