Driftwood Estate Winery sits in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country on a bluff overlooking the vineyards below. Come enjoy a bottle of our Texas wine!

The Driftwood Estate Winery staff invites you to take a scenic Hill Country drive to the winery and try our award winning wines. The view from the bluff is spectacular, and the grounds are perfect for a picnic with your favorite glass or bottle of Driftwood Estate wine.

We are open every day from 11am till 7pm for tastings and wine sales. We are closed for Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. We may close early for a Wine Club Party or private event. Always check our website or Facebook page to see if we have extended hours.

Gold and Silver Spur Wine Club Members now receive 4 complimentary wine tastings per membership every visit during regular business hours. Complimentary tastings do not include a wine glass. Active duty military receive a free tasting and 10% discount on all wine purchases. We thank you for your service.

For groups of 10 or more, please contact us ahead of time to see if an advanced booking is needed. For information about private group tasting visit our website.

A complete list and description of our wines can be found on the wine store page. For a list of stores that carry our wines as well as restaurants that serve them, visit the retail outlets page. In addition to our wines, we are also tasting and selling several premium wines from our sister winery in Paso Robles and one wine from Brady Vineyards.

Come by for lunch and enjoy the view from our 1,100 square foot deck overhanging the bluff, our picnic area under the oak trees or our pavilion next to the tasting room. They all have a beautiful view of the hill country and vineyard below. Our outdoor facilities are for the use of winery customers only and no alcoholic beverages can be brought onto the winery premises. Bring your own lunch. Pet friendly!

The DEW Crew is looking forward to your visit!

Cheers!

We were invited to a family gathering prior to a wedding the following day. We were in the Mercedes Cabriolet, and realized that we'd have to put the top up, because the road up the hill was dirt. Arriving in the parking area, we found a great spot and parked. We found out party and soon found ourselves with glasses... More

I learned about some new favorite wines through the wine tasting. They give a healthy amount for the tasting and share as much info. as you'd like to know. They also offer treats you can buy to accompany any wine you choose to purchase and drink on the property. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a glass of wine and nuts... More

What a wonderful place this is. Clearly our favorite winery in Texas. We've been several times and enjoyed it each time. The wines are first rate-- our favorite is the Sangiovese but we have other favorites as well. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The other treat is the fabulous view looking down over the valley below. Bring a... More

This was our first winery stop on our trip and we learned a lot from the knowledgeable and friendly ladies serving us. We liked certain wines which we bought to enjoy later. Since we had a long ways to drive we could not enjoy our wine on their beautiful grounds which have great views.

I really like this place for a bottle of wine. It has a great view of the valley below. Nice pleasant staff. Live entertainment on a quarterly basis. Food trucks which actually serve good dishes. Nice wine tasting area and informative and attentive staff. Good parking. Just a nice place to enjoy an afternoon.

Great wines and a relaxing atmosphere. The server was helpful and most of the wines were good. You can have some Mexican cheese Italian salami and relax looking over the valley. Great place.

The views from this winery are amazing. I've lived on Austin for 10 years and this was by far one of the most tranquil gorgeous views I have seen. You can bring a picnic up with you and if you buy a bottle of wine you can sit in one of the many picnic tables under the trees and pretend... More

Love going here. Always great service. They have a patio with sweeping views of hillside. Have some of the best Hill Country wines I've ever had. Can only buy it here. Worth the trip to get it.
