This downtown neighborhood is pleasant for strolling in mild weather. Impressively, every building is occupied (no vacant storefronts). I admire the repurposing of the historic buildings.

It's so clean and safe. It's the perfect place to sit with a Starbucks coffee and people watch. Frequently there are special events happening there as well. There are clean public restrooms and plenty of seating. No matter the weather, I love hanging around Sundance.

Meandered through the plaza on a recent Thursday evening. The weather was cool, the music was hot, and the place was jumping. Lots of seating, decent acoustics, and the bonus of Steel City Pops was a marvelous addition.

Sorry i can not help with this question. I used hotel parking whenever i visited Fort Worth. There are several public parking facilities but i am not sure of cost and whether there are unlimited drive in/out privileges.
